- Eight years back, I got introduced to Reiki (alternative healing) and I started reading books on spirituality. These inspired me. Then one day, I felt that I had really WOKEN UP as if something inside me had just 'opened'. I started to feel very light and 'complete'and my inner world was calm and in peace. My vision of life changed. I began to realise and feel that every person who comes in your life comes for a reason-either to learn something from you or to teach you at a spiritual level. I also began to understand creative visualisation techniques and affirmations and started applying them in my day to day life. I understood that the power of THOUGHT could not be underestimated and how the law of attraction applied to our positive (and negative) thoughts. All these have shaped my life and that of my family. More importantly, this has transformed the way I deal with day to day problems that all of us encounter as human beings. My journey of spiritual evolution continues!
